The grand plan of the Inspector General of Police on Thursday was to ensure that the Speaker of the House of Reps, Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, the number 4 citizen in Nigeria did not make it into the chamber of the House. If they had succeeded, that would have been the end for him.
