I think this stomach infrastructure issue is attaining a ridiculous height but sadly, there is too much hunger in the land and nobody is ready to say the truth. Why on earth will a governor line up police officers for such a ridiculous parade? Why not even give it to their boss to share for his men? In fact, it is an offence, from what I know in Police Act, for a policeman to collect gifts from a civilian openly.
