Top Nigerian rapper Olamide made lightning strike in the same place twice by winning the Album of the Year category two years in a row.
Last night, Sunday December 14, Olamide won the Album of the Year category for his third studio album Baddest Guy Ever Liveth. Baddo also won the Best Rap Album category also.
His close associate Phyno won Best Rap Single for his hit single 'Parcel'.
Olamide's recent success in award ceremonies highlights the immense popularity of the indigenous rap sub-genre in the country.
