President Jonathan Vacates Presidential Villa For Muhammadu Buhari

President Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly relocated from his main official residence at the Presidential Villa to the Glass House in order for renovations to continue in full ahead of May 29th handover.

The president who has less than two weeks in office moved to the Glass House to allow for the renovation of the main official residence of the president for its next occupant, General Muhammadu Buhari, according to the Nation. The ongoing renovation is said to be in its final stage.  Continue...


President Jonathan is scheduled to conduct Buhari and Vice President-electYemi Osinbajo round the complex on Thursday, May 27.

Reliable sources according to the News portal, said the President and his wife have moved their personal belongings out of the official residence to their Otuoke,Bayelsa State residence.
